Tiered company verification
Level 1: tax certificate and trade-register entry for the "Approved company" badge. Level 2 (carriers and forwarders): operator licence (K/C/L/R, Community Licence) and liability insurance for the "Verified carrier" badge.
Two-way ratings
When a job is completed, both parties rate each other with stars and tags. Ratings stay hidden until both sides have submitted, so there is no room for retaliation.
Locked terms
The moment a bid is accepted, the price, payment term and listing version are frozen. Any later change requires approval from both parties.
Complaints and blacklist
Evidence-based complaints, moderator decisions, suspensions and a blacklist. Risk signals are routed automatically to the review queue.

Logistica is a digital logistics marketplace that brings shippers, carriers and freight forwarders together. Cargo and available-truck listings are published on the platform, and bids are placed directly on each listing.
Is membership paid?
Creating an account and browsing listings are free. Jobs, rentals and the community are free areas. See your account’s introductory period and plan terms for loads, available vehicles and services on the Membership screen.
How does company verification work?
Upload your tax certificate and operator licences on the company details page. Review is usually completed within one business day, and verified companies are marked with a badge.
Are payments made through the platform?
Not necessarily. The price and payment term are fixed between the parties at acceptance, and freight is paid between them. Optionally, they can use Payment protection from the agreement page: the amount is held until delivery and released to the carrier afterwards; the service fee is deducted from the carrier’s payout.
How do ratings work?
Once a deal is completed, both parties rate each other from one to five stars, with tags. Ratings remain hidden until the other party has also rated, or until 14 days have passed.
