These terms govern the use of the Logistica marketplace. Every user and company that creates an account is deemed to have accepted them.
Scope of the service
Logistica enables companies to publish cargo and available-truck listings, bid on each other’s listings, exchange messages and record deals. Logistica is not a party to the transport and does not provide insurance or proof of delivery. Freight is paid between the parties; optionally, they can use Payment protection: the amount paid in by the shipper is held until delivery, released to the carrier afterwards and frozen until the management team decides if a dispute is raised. The fee for this service is deducted from the carrier’s payout at the rate shown when the protection is started.
Accounts and companies
A user is an individual; commercial transactions are carried out on behalf of a company. The company owner is responsible for managing members’ roles and permissions. Users are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and up to date.
Listings
Listings must reflect a genuine and current transport need or capacity. Full addresses and personal contact details must not be included in listing text. Expired listings are removed from search.
Bids and deals
A bid states the total price, currency, tax treatment, payment term and validity period. The bidder is deemed to offer these terms for the validity period; the shipper’s acceptance creates a deal record, and the accepted terms cannot be changed. Changes are recorded as amendments with the approval of both parties.
Ratings and complaints
Ratings can only be given for completed deals. Complaints are submitted with evidence; moderation decisions are reasoned and recorded.
Prohibited conduct
Fake listings or bids, impersonating another company, bulk messaging to divert users off the platform, generating fake mutual ratings and any attempt to compromise system security are prohibited.
Suspension and termination
In case of a breach of these terms, an account may be temporarily suspended or closed. Records of existing deals are preserved, and necessary communication continues with limited access.
