Data we process

Account data: full name, email, phone number, job title and language preference.

Company data: registered name, tax/registration number, address, activities and verification documents.

Transaction records: listings, bids, messages, deals, transport status declarations and ratings.

Technical records: session, device and access logs, and security logs.

Purposes of processing

Creating accounts and company memberships, verifying companies, running listing and bidding processes, enabling communication between parties, reviewing complaints and disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations.

Who we share data with

Full loading/delivery addresses and personal contact details are shared only with the parties to a deal. Verification documents are never public; only authorised verification staff can access them, and every access is logged.

Data is shared with providers of hosting, email and notification services only to the extent required to deliver the service and under contract.

Retention period

Deal records are kept for as long as commercial and legal obligations require. This does not mean personal data is kept indefinitely: retention periods are set per data type, and data is deleted or anonymised when they expire.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to processing and to data portability via the contact page. Requests are answered within the statutory period.
